It also stated " Ein herzliches Willkommen bei TOV! Die Arbeit von TOV kann in zwei Aufgabenbereiche gegliedert werden." The header had Namibia as the highest ranking keyword. This keyword was followed by AIDS in Namibia, HIV in Namibia, and Children Organizations in Namibia which isn't as urgent as Namibia. The other words the site used was TOV. Organizations in Namibia is also included but could not be understood by search engines.
